The order-sheet reveals that on previous date i.e. 05.02.2025, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant and it was made clear that the matter would not be adjourned on the next date of listing on any ground whatsoever and appropriate order would be passed. The said order dated 05.02.2025 is quoted hereinbelow: " As prayed by learned counsel for the appellant, list this case again. On the next date, the case will not be adjourned on any ground whatsoever as the case is an old matter pertaining to the year 1981. " 2. Today again, an illness slip has been sent by Shri Mohd. Aslam Khan, learned Counsel for the appellant, despite the fact that on the last date, this Court has passed an order directing that the case would not be adjourned on the next date of listing on any ground whatsoever, thus, the request for adjournment of the case on the illness slip sent by the learned counsel for appellant is rejected. 3.
