In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Unnao has sent a report dated 20.03.2025. We have gone through the said report sent by the C.J.M. Unnao wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Manoj Kumar S/o Nattha Ram Verma, had died during the pendency of the Appeal. A true copy of the certificate issued by the Corporator of the Ward in question as well as the statements recorded by appellant's brother Arun Kumar and the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Manoj Kumar S/o Nattha Ram Verma, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
