Heard learned counsel for the revisionist. 2. Present revision has been filed challenging an order dated 14.04.2016 whereby the suit was decreed for arrears of rent and ejectment. 3. It is admitted by the petitioner that he has vacated the premises. As far as the decree for arrears of rent is concerned, issue no.3 was framed in which it was recorded that the petitioner has admitted that he has paid an amount of Rs.12,500/- and subsequent amounts were paid by money order which were found to be non-existent. 4. Before this Court also, there is no pleading that the said finding recorded by the revisional Court is either perverse or illegal or contrary to the record. In the absence of pleading, no argument can be entertained. 5. Present revision is accordingly dismissed.
