As per the office report dated 24.05.2024 card notices were sent to the respondents but neither unserved envelop returned nor any power filed. 5. The service upon the respondents has been deemed sufficient as per the Rules of the Court. 6. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1993. Non appearance of any counsel even in the revised list indicates that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the case. 7.
