The learned First Additional Sessions Judge vide his request letter dated 04.02.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial and stated that till dated 15 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only 01 witness is remain to be examined. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. Further two months time is granted for disposal of the said case. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
