Petitioner has approached this Court for the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the petitioners from respondent no.3 to 6, so that he may live peaceful life. 2. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent nos.3 to 6 are trying to take the possession of the land by ousting the petitioner. It is thus apparent that there is a dispute between the petitioner and 1 2025:UHC:8888-DB respondent nos.3 to 6 which is civil in nature and the proper and alternate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the civil court. Thus, the writ petition filed by the petitioner for protection is disposed off with liberty to avail of the alternate remedy. 3. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. 4.
