Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes the fact that the
order impugned in the present petition is appealable under The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
2. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
