Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 03.09.2025, passed by Secretary District Level Development Authority, Nainital. By the said order, petitioner has been asked to demolish the unauthorised construction raised by him, within fifteen days. 4. Petitioner contends that against the demolition order, he filed an Appeal and after dismissal of the Appeal, the matter is pending before the Joint Chief Administrator, Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority in a Revision Petition. 5. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel appearing for the Development Authority submits that since the Revision filed by petitioner is pending before the Joint Chief Administrator, Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority, therefore, the Revisional Authority be directed to decide the Revision Petition within some specified time. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revisional Authority to decide the interim relief application, pending in the Revision 2025:UHC:8344 filed by the petitioner or the Revision itself, within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 7. For a period of two months or till decision is taken by the Revisional Authority, whichever is later, status quo in respect of the construction raised by the petitioner shall be maintained. 8. Let a certified copy of this order be issued today itself.
