The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be please to quash the challenging impugned order dated 27.09.2024 passed by Special Court, PACSO Act, District Lucknow in the Session Trial No. 692/2021 (Sate Vs Dharmendra Gaud) Case Crime No. 824/2019 under Section 376, 313, 506 IPC and 3/4 & 5/6 PACSO Act P.S. Chinhat, District Lucknow. contained as Annexue No. 1 also issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Special Court, PACSO Act, District - Lucknow to facilitate the rehabilitation in the ancestral property or provide alternate remedy to the petitioner, in the interest of justice." The proceedings under Section(s) 82/83 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against the accused and the present application has been filed by the wife of the accused and taking note of the same on being confronted, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
