Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 21(C) and 16 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, 1030 liters illegal cough syrup was recovered from seized container of which petitioner is the registered owner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which there is huge recovery of illegal cough syrup, as Patna High Court CR. MISC.
