Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3790 of 2025 4. Heard the parties. 5. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024 for the offence registered under Sections, 191(2), 191 (3), 190, 109, 118, 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 6. On 21.12.2024 at about 2.00 pm, there was some altercation between the informant-party and the accused persons. Later on, 10 to 15 unknown accused persons came to the house of the informant and the named accused persons along with others, inflicted several knife blows on the brother of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 7. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. 8. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 9. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
