The present petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the revisional authority in proceedings arise out of suit for arrears of rent and ejectment. 3. Considering the fact that U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 has been repealed, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application under the U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided within the time as prescribed under the Statutes. 4. The order impugned shall not come in the way of deciding the application on merits.
