The order-sheets show that the writ petition was earlier dismissed on 08.04.2013 and the same was restored vide order dated 16.05.2023 passed on C.M. Application No.35363 of 2013. The case was again dismissed for want of prosecution on 08.05.2015 and the restoration application bearing C.M. A. No. 47800 of 2015 for recalling the said order was filed. The same was rejected as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh vide order dated 26.08.2015. In pursuance of order dated 26.08.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner again moved a fresh restoration application bearing C.M.A. No.109912 of 2015 for recalling of order dated 08.05.2015, which is still pending for consideration. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1991. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the instant application, even in the revised list. It appears that by efflux of time the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the case further. The restoration application for recalling the order dated 08.05.2015 is rejected for want prosecution.
