This Court vide order dated 07.07.2025, passed in WP(C) No. 1586/2025 titled “The Knonmouh a Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Society Ltd through Chairperson namely Nasira Akhter vs. UT of J&K & Ors” directed the respondents to decide representations stated to have been filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner primarily for the same relief. Mr. Parvaiz Amin, learned counsel for the respondents has produced consideration order passed by the Executive Magistrate (Tehsildar) J&K Waqf Board, vide which claim of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2025, has been considered and being found devoid of merit came to be rejected. Copy of the order is taken on record. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the consideration order dated 29th August, 2025.
