Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as Centre Head for the forthcoming examinations of Chhattisgarh Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.02.28 17:13:27 +0530 2 High School/Higher Secondary School Examinations Board. According to the petitioner, she is not in a fit physical condition to perform the duties as she has suffered fracture in right femur bone in a road accident and it would be difficult for her to join her duties and to perform the duties which is mainly of standing nature. 2. In the first half, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents were directed to verify the status of the petitioner upon which learned counsel for the State submits that the accident had occurred way back on 20.6.2024 and as such the petitioner perhaps has now recovered from the fracture/ailment. 3. Considering the fact that the duty is of serious nature in which the physical condition of the concerned Centre Head is required to be taken seriously and further considering the fact that due to fracture in the right femur bone it would be difficult for the petitioner to remain in standing condition as such I deem it appropriate to direct and accordingly direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and to appoint some other official in place of the petitioner. 4.
