Revenue Code by petitioner was allowed, against which the private respondents have filed an appeal under Section 24 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in which order passed under Section 24 was stayed. The prayer made in writ petition though is for quashing the aforesaid order but learned counsel for petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to decide the appeal itself. 2. As petitioner is not pressing the order impugned and is only seeking direction for deciding the appeal, the appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the appeal No. C-20241500000101 (Janardan and others Vs. Haribansh and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
