Shri Yatindra, counsel representing the District Basic Education Officer, Chandauli has obtained instructions and states that an order dated 06.02.2025 has been passed giving the applicant compassionate appointment. The order dated 06.02.2025 has been handed over to the Court and shall form part of the records of the case. The said fact is also accepted by the counsel for the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged.
