Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case petitioner has any grievance, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 3. I have perused the averments made in this writ petition and after considering nature of prayer and submission of learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that grievance of petitioner will be considered by concerned State- respondents expeditiously and if there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
