Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:31416 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 20999 of 2024 Petitioner :- Uday Singh Respondent :- Purvanchal Vidhut Virtana Nigam Ltd And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anand Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Adarsh Bhushan,Anand Kumar Singh Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petition is directed against the order of suspension which has made in confrontation of the departmental enquiry against the petitioner. Sri Abhay Singh Tomar holding brief of Sri Adarsh Bhusan, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 contends that the petitioner has been served a charge- sheet. The charges disclose acts of misconduct relating to financial irregularity. The enquiry is on foot. No cause for interference is made out at this stage. Faced with this, Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the reliefs sought in the writ petition and recast the prayer. He submits that the enquiry may be concluded within a reasonable period of time. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer. He, however, fairly contends that the endeavor of the authorities is to conclude the enquiry proceedings in an expeditious time frame. In the wake of preceding discussion, the respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry proceedings. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
