Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following prayers :- “I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to provide the salary to the petitioner for the post of Principal/ Headmistress in the institution, since 02/05/2023 with arrears. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.4 to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner dated 09/02/2024, in accordance with law in a stipulated period.” 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner, if any filed, will be considered in accordance with law. 3. I have perused the averments made in this writ petition as well as a judgment of this Court in Shanti Kumar Tiwari vs. State of U.P. and others, 2020:AHC:99131 annexed along with this writ petition and I am of considered opinion that claim of petitioner can be considered, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioner for payment of salary of Principal while working as Officiating Principal will be considered in accordance with law by concerned State-respondents after taking note of judgments of this Court in Dr. Archana Gautam vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:44814 ; Smt. Madhur Dwivedi vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:132144 ; and, Jalvinder Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:140149. 4.
