At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that the prayer sought by the applicant cannot be granted under Section 482 Cr.P.C. as there is a specific provision under Section 483 Cr.P.C. for issuing direction the learned Magistrate for expeditious disposal of cases. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application that may be available in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copies of the order/ documents available on record, may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after obtaining photocopy of the same on record.
