This writ petition has been filed by Madarsa Faizul Islam Shikshan Sansthan Society, Shyampur, Haridwar, seeking the following reliefs:- “a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the sealing action taken by the respondent authorities on 21.03.2025 (Contained as Annexure No. 3 to this writ petition). b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to immediately unseal the premises and allow the petitioner to resume lawful activities.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue of sealing of Madarsas was dealt with by this Court in WPMS No. 835 of 2025. He submits that since identical issue is involved here also, therefore, present writ petition also deserves to be decided in terms of the said judgment. 5. Learned State Counsel concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition is identical to the one, which was decided by the aforesaid judgment. He, therefore, submits that he has no objection if the present writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 26.08.2025 rendered in WPMS No. 835 of 2025. 6.
