Mr. Vinod Chauhan, Advocate, for respondents No.3 and 4. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“(i) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.2 to 4 to issue BALLB degree in favour of the petitioner. (ii) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.3 and 4 to put up the agenda of rectification of the result/gazette of 1" Semester, where due to technical error, zero in result/gazette is shown in total grade points column of the result gazette, pertaining to the petitioner at serial No.21 of the gazette sheet, and the respondent No.2 may further be directed to consider the same in its meeting, and to issue verification report and BALLB degree in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in similar case, this Court has disposed of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner therein to move an 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:21163 appropriate application before learned Trial Court where the mark sheets in original stood deposited, with further direction to learned Trial Court that in the event of any such application being filed, appropriate orders be passed thereupon and interest of justice would be served in case similar orders are passed in this petition also. 3. In the light of the prayer so made, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application before learned Trial Court where the mark sheet in original stands in the backdrop of the reliefs that have been prayed by him in this writ petition and on the filing of any such application, learned Trial Court is called upon to pass appropriate orders thereupon as expeditiously as possible. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
