Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner (Administration) Azamgarh Division Azamgarh to decide the appeal no. C2024150000001004 under Section 24(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Ramchandra vs. Up-Ziladhikari Sagri and others) within three month." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that appeal is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that appeal of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the appeal no.
