Mr. Ankur Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner. 2. Petitioner has sought direction to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun to decide Original Suit No. 212 of 2022, expeditiously. 3. From the averments made in the writ petition, it is revealed that the suit was filed only in the year 2022. Thus, this Court finds no reason to issue direction as prayed for in the writ petition. The writ petition fails and is dismissed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner then submits that temporary injunction application filed by petitioner has not been considered so far which was also filed in 2022. 5.
