Hussain, learned counsel appears for Respondent No.2. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in respect of Manikpur P.S. Case No.44/2023. 3. A 15 years old boy was found hanging inside the toilet within the campus of Darul Uloom Bhandara Madrassa. During Post-Mortem examination, it is found that the boy died of asphyxia due to ante mortem hanging. But there were injuries in his anal canal. 4. The witnesses examined by police have narrated that every night the present petitioner used to visit the hostel to meet the deceased. 5. Mrs. Das has objected the bail application on the ground that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the present petitioner. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 7. After considering all the facts and circumstances relating to this case, this Court is of the opinion that this is not a fit case for entertaining pre-arrest bail application.
