Sai Kumar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking recovery of an amount of Rs.2,36,639/-. 3. It is the submission of the Writ Petitioner that he has executed works for construction of CC Drain from Ungarala Nageswara Rao house to Tallapu Veeraju house at Tadiparthi Village of Gollaprolu Mandal vide Agreement No.1000409173 dated 17.10.2023. 4. Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer RWS & W Division, Kakinada (Respondent No.5) dated 01.04.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 5. Serial No. 14 of the Written Instructions would indicate that an amount of Rs.2,36,639/- is pending due to non-release of grant. Serial No. 24, which is the remarks column, would indicate that the bill is not uploaded in NIDHI Portal due to insufficient budget. 3 6. The above Written Instructions would indicate that the Official Respondents are admitting the execution of the works by the Petitioner/Contractor and the genuineness of the claim of Rs.2,36,639/-. 7. In this view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to complete the process of allocating the budget, preparation of bills, and uploading such bills into the CFMS/NIDHI Portal within a period of ten weeks and transfer the amount into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within two weeks thereafter and inform the same to the Writ Petitioner. This admitted amount shall, however, be subject to statutory deductions, if any. 8. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit his bank details to the Competent Authority within one week from today for effective compliance. 9. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 10.
