List of fresh cases have been revised but nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to quash the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar by which the meeting for selection of officiating Pradhan has been cancelled. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Instructions dated 08.04.2025 received under the signatures of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Kushinagar placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the Instructions that the bye-election has been held and Smt. Umrawati Devi has been elected as new Pradhan. 4. After going through the aforesaid Instructions, the Court is of the opinion that the present petition has now become infructuous. 5. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 6. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved with this order, he has at liberty to file recall application within thirty days from today.
