Case No.05A/2012-AHD-R, registered for the offence under Sections 420/ 423/424/467/468/469/471/477-A/120B/109 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, pending in the Court of the learned A.J.C., XVIII cum Special Judge, CBI, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 was an expert examiner of Nagpuri language and petitioner no.2 was an expert examiner of Mundari language in evaluation of 1st Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission. He submits that the allegations are made that they have increased the marks. He further submits that now charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation. 3. Considering that the petitioners were appointed as invigilators in the 1st Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission and now charge-sheet has been submitted and they have co-operated in the investigation and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C., XVIII cum Special Judge, CBI, Ranchi in connection with R.C. Case No.05A/2012-AHD-R, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
