Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from Competent Authority (Land Acquisition), according to which constructions over the acquired land was found to be that of Ranno Devi. A civil suit filed by the petitioners against Ranno Devi is stated to be pending. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Competent Authority for reference of the dispute between the petitioners and Ranno Devi to the civil court as per Section 3-H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956. 4.
