The non-applicants have no objection in case 50% of the amount lying deposited with the reference Court along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the present applicants. The operation and execution of the award passed by the Reference Court dated 12.07.2018 had been stayed by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2019. In view of the order being passed in the present application, the same shall not be an impediment for the Reference Court in releasing 50% of the awarded amount deposited therein along with proportionate interest accrued in favour of the present applicants. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, 50% of amount lying deposited with the reference Court in pursuance to the Reference award dated 12.07.2018 along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants as per their respective shares. The amount be remitted to the bank account details whereof have been given at para 6 of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities. The application stands disposed of.
