Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the trial court on or before 21.04.2025 and move a regular bail application which is to be filed before 12:00 noon of working day. The trial court is requested to consider and try to decide the same on the same day as per law. Till appearance before the learned trial Court within aforesaid period, petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.36/2025 registered at Police Station Gangdhar, District Jhalawar.
