Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a suitable writ order in the nature of quash the impugned order dated 27.07.2019 passed by the respondent No.2 (being annexure No.1 to this writ petition). ii. Issue a suitable writ order in the nature of mandamus directing upon the respondents do not interfere in peaceful possession over the land in dispute as Khasara No.346 Area 0.225 Hectare in pursuance of impugned order." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the order impugned has been passed in the year 2019. It has been further submitted by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
