The present application has been filed praying for correction of errors appearing in the order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Pet. No. 172/2025. 3. In the said order, the PRC Case No. 1436/2024 has been mentioned, whereas, it should have been PRC Case No. 1436/2023. 4. The errors stands corrected. 5. Henceforth, the PRC Case No. 1436/2024 appearing in the order dated 10.04.2025 passed in Crl. Pet. No. 172/2025 shall be read as PRC Case No. 1436/2023. 6. The petitioner is allowed another 7 (Seven) days time from today to appear before the Trial Court. 7. This order shall form a part of the order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Pet.
