Heard Sri Gulrez Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents concerned to give regular appointment to the petitioner on the post of Collection Amin considering his past experience and the seniority. 3. It is submitted that 65 posts are currently vacant and petitioner can be adjusted looking to his seniority at Serial No.12 of the seniority list. It is also submitted that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the authority by moving application dated 23.10.2024. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction that petitioner shall move a representation afresh within 4 weeks from today which shall be decided by respondent authorities within a further 3 months' time from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
