The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter alia seeking the following prayer:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.09.2023 which made in respect of fair price shop of Village Subra, Tehsil-Hasanpur, District-Amroha (J.P. Nagar) within some stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No. 2)." 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, learned Standing Counsel has placed before this Court instructions dated 12.03.2025 under the signatures of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Hasanpur, District Amroha, the same is taken on record. 3. From the bare perusal of the aforesaid instructions, it is evident that the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.09.2023 has already been decided. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is of the opinion that the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter and the petition has now become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
