The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus commanding the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj, respondent no.3, to decide and adjudicate the representations preferred by the petitioner dated 9.12.2024 and 22.12.2023 against the construction of illegal vending zones and night market adjacent to and in front of the petitioner-institution." The petitioner was aggrieved by a night market which had been established in front of the petitioner's institution. Adjacent to the institution is a residential colony and the connected petition pertains to the same night market which extended upto the residential colony. On the previous occasion, Counsel for the respondents had informed that the night market has been removed. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this statement and therefore the petition has been rendered infructuous and is ordered to be consigned.
