Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners, namely, (i) Habibar Rahman @ Habibar Rahman Prodhani; (ii) Rashidul SK @ Rashidul Rahman Prodhani and (iii) Rakibul SK @ Rakibul Prodhani @ Rakibul Rahman Prodhani, all residents of village- Barundanga, P.S.-Tamarhat, District-Dhubri have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in Tomarhat Police Station Case No. 20/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 307/2025. 3. On instruction of the petitioners, Ms. B Laskar, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre-arrest bail application. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
