The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of certain incidents, the second respondent has transferred all those who involved in the incidents to their own Department of Telecommunication Branch, the petitioner alone was repatriated to the Law and Order Department, which according to the petitioner is nothing but discrimination. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time. 4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits of this writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2024, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
