This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of NDPS Case No.193/2023. 3. 2126.660 kilograms of ganja was recovered from the truck bearing registration Page No.# 2/2 No. RJ 11 GA 6154. The petitioner was the driver of the said truck. 4. The NCB has filed a charge sheet showing 16 number of prosecution witnesses. Out of 16 number of witnesses, only 2 witnesses have been examined till now. 5. The primary contention of the petitioner is that he has been in judicial custody for the last 2 years 1 month. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 7. Let the Trial Court examine at least 5 more witnesses. After that, the bail application of the petitioner shall be considered. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands closed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
