Act), Gorakhpur in Sessions Trial No.152 of 2016 (State of Uttar Pradesh Versus Suresh Mishra and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 331 of 2015, under Sections 302/34, 109 IPC, Police Station- Gola, District- Gorakhpur. 2. As per the office report dated 02.03.2025, there is a report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur dated 23.01.2025 stating therein that sole respondent, Smt. Meera Devi, has died on 24.08.2024. 3.
