This application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Sri Ram Saikia, son of Late Phanidhar Saikia, resident of Village-Joypur, Pichalagaon, P.S. Narayanpur, District-Lakhimpur, seeking bail in Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 27/2025 registered under Sections 332(c)/74/75(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, wherein he was arrested on 07.04.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instructions submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 27/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 30/2025 dated 25.04.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Narayanpur P.S.
