The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 27.11.2024 and 07.06.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi in Case No.RST/91/811/2007-2008, Computerized Case No.C2000814000000005 (Vinay Kumar Vs. Meetal) under Section 333 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act. 2. From the perusal of the record it transpires that by the order dated 07.06.2024 the order dated 29.08.2023 was cancelled and the revision was restored to its original number. Further the matter was directed to be listed again on 30.08.2024. 3. Operative portion of the order dated 07.06.2024 is quoted as under:- "उपररोकक्ताननुसक्तार ककियये गयये कविवियेचन एविवं विकररत तथ्ययों किये पररपयेक्ष्य मम कनगरक्ताननीकितक्तार किकी ओर सये पस्तनुत तजविनीजसक्ताननी पक्ताररनक्ता पत्र / पकतस्रक्तापन कदिनक्तावंककित 21-09-2023 स्विनीकिक्तार ककियक्ता जक्तातक्ता हहै तरक्ता अवियेटममट आदियेश कदिनक्तावंकि 29-08-23 कनरस्त किरतये हहए कनगरक्ताननी अपनये ममूल नम्बर पर स्रक्ताकपत किकी जक्तातनी हहै । तद्ननुसक्तार कनगरक्ताननी मयेमरो सवंशरोधधित ककियक्ता जक्ताय तद्ननुसक्तार तजविनीजसक्ताननी पक्ताररनक्ता पत्र/पकतस्रक्तापन कदिनक्तावंककित 21-09-2023 किक्ता कनस्तक्तारर ककियक्ता जक्तातक्ता हहै । अविर न्यक्तायक्तालय किकी पत्रक्ताविलनी मवंगक्तायनी जक्ताय 30-08-2024 किरो पस्तनुत किकी जक्ताय । " 4. Various grounds were taken by learned counsel for the petitioner challenging the validity of the aforesaid order but ultimately a prayer has been made to direct the authority concerned before whom the aforesaid revision is pending since 2007-08 to decide the same expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for no.4 and learned Standing counsel for State-respondent no.1 to 3. 6. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner -Ist, Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi to decide the aforesaid revision strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
