Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "I. Order or direction to the respondent no. 2 to register the suit filed by the petitioner under section 116 in U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which has instituted for division of more holdings than one and also direct him to decide the suit (Ram Babu Vs. Bablu & Others) filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2 on 03.05.2024 within a stipulated time." 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court an instructions under the signatures of respondent no. 2 dated 18.03.2025 placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instruction that in the aforesaid suit the next date fixed is 25.03.2025. 4. From perusal of the same it appears that no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. 5. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that relief as has been sought for by the petitioner has already been granted and no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly the present petition is liable to be dismissed. 6. In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in case petitioner is still aggrieved it is open for the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if so advised.
