In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that the case registered under Section 116 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 has been decided by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate by order dated 20.01.2025. The order dated 20.01.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicants have the remedy to challenge the order dated 20.01.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
