This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quashing the impugned order dated 12.07.2024 passed by Respondent No.2 in Case No. 1331 of 2024 Computerized Case No. C202402000001331 (Jang Bahadur Vs. Raghvendra others), Under Section 24 (4) Revenue Code, 2006." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioners have remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy, as available to them, under the law.
