The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure free and fair investigation of FIR dated 31.12.2022 being Crime No.142 of 2022 under Section 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Satti, Distt. Kanpur Dehat. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has produced the detailed instructions dated 07.01.2025 sent by the Incharge Inspector, P.S. Satti, Distt. Kanpur Dehat, which is taken on record. On the basis of instructions, it is contended that since the incident has taken place in the territorial jurisdiction of Police Station GIDC Ankleshwar, Distt. Bharuch, State Gujarat and as such the investigation has been transferred to the said police station by the order of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Kanpur Region, Kanpur. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the categorical instructions, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
