In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits he has filed a case under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before Respondent No2., namely, Additional District Collector (Judicial), District-Bhadohi in Suit No. 00345 of 209, Computerized Suit No. D201966700000345 (Ram Dulare vs. Dwarika) pending consideration for last more than five years. 4. The basic relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to direct the court below to decide in Suit No. 00345 of 209, Computerized Suit No. D201966700000345 (Ram Dulare vs. Dwarika) expeditiously within a specified time. 5. The matter is pending before the Court below since last about five years and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case/suit strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
