Sri Vijay Shankar Prasad, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State Respondents argued that for the purpose of removal of illegal encroachment due procedure prescribed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the petitioner to approach the authorities as per the procedure prescribed under Section 67 of U.P.
