This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e Additional Commissioner (Judicial) II, Bareilly Division Bareilly to decide the Stay Application dated 23.09.2024 pending in Appeal No. 1710/2024 Computerised Case No.C202412000001710 (Sadhu Ram versus Shivcharan Lal and Others) within a stipulated time fixed by the Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue order or direction to maintain status quo regarding Gata No.259 area 1.547 Hectre situated at Village Karampur, Pargana Sirauli, Tehsil Meerganj, District- Bareilly during pendency of the Appeal No. 1710/2024 Computerised Case No.C202412000001710 (Sadhu Ram versus Shivcharan Lal and Others) before the respondent no.2 i.e Additional Commissioner (Judicial) II, Bareilly Division Bareilly." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned appeal is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned appeal is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
